Structural Door Packs

Structural door packs use the Cavalok profile with structural foam inserts, allowing direct fixing through the outer door frame into the cavity closer. This solution removes the reliance on strap fixings and the movement that can occur once the door is installed.

Product Information

  • Cavalok 100mm / BigBlok 125 & 150mm cavity closer with structural foam inserts
  • Ability to direct fix through outer door frame into the cavity closer, removing the reliance on strap fixings removing any movement that may occur once the door has been in-stalled
  • Thermally efficient, acts as DPC
  • To be used on entrance doors with or without fanlight and french, patio and bi-fold doors

  • Deliver nationwide
  • Structural door sets can be supplied to site in 3 or 4 sided pre-fabricated frames based on structural opening sizes
  • Structural door packs are available, consisting of:
    • 2 x Structural lengths for door uprights / jambs
    • 1 x (if required) standard - non-structural length for cill
    • 20 brick ties
